It’s time to get your taste buds ready for UCF Rosen College’s Spring Dinner Series! Experience gastronomic delights prepared by UCF Rosen College restaurant and foodservice management majors under the guidance of guest Chef Jason Fridrich. This dinner is limited to a 50-person seating. Reserve your seat at the table now!
The Spring Dinner Series is open to the public so invite your foodie friends, your always-hungry teens who are expanding the range of their palates, and those who want a great dinner. Everyone is invited to support education and enjoy a multi-course meal, all without breaking the bank. Two dinner seatings, one at 5:00 p.m. and one at 6:00 p.m. It’s your choice when you dine.
