Dr. H.G. Parsa has been a faculty member of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida since 2007. Prior to Rosen College, Dr. Parsa taught at Ohio State University, State University of New York at Buffalo, Concord College, Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and the University of Arkansas. His research interests include:  pricing strategies in foodservice, analysis of factors that contribute to small-business failure/success, franchising and quick-service restaurant-chain management, strategic marketing in hospitality and changing American food habits.
