Rosen College of Hospitality Management

Ms. Lee grew up in North Carolina, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She spent the next ten years working with The Walt Disney Company in Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, and Operations, and is still affiliated as a Seasonal Manager at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. During this time, she earned her Master in Business Administration from Stetson University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.

Ms. Lee was honored to be selected for the 2011-2012 Leadership Enhancement Program offered through UCF’s Office of Diversity Initiatives. Her role as Instructor with UCF’s Office of Experiential Learning  is gratifying, as she gets to focus on combining student work experiences with an academic focus that leads to impactful development.
