Expertise: Leadership, Human Resources and Communications
Ms. Vicki Lavendol joined UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2008 as an adjunct; she became a full-time faculty member in 2010. She previously served as the Director of Leadership & Training at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, the Director of Human Resources at Charles Schwab & Company and the Human Resources Operations Manager at the Walt Disney Company.
