Mr. Lynch joined the Rosen College of Hospitality Management faculty in August of 2006, after more than (23) years with Marriott Hotels, Resorts & Suites in Boston, Orlando, Atlanta and San Francisco. During his Marriott career, Lynch served as Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Event Management, Director of Catering and Director of Convention Service. Mr. Lynch teaches Catering Management, Event Services, International Events, Fairs & Festivals and Event Promotion.
