Ms. Vicki Lavendol has been faculty member of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida since 2008. Prior to Rosen College, Ms. Lavendol served as the director of leadership & training at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, the director of human resources at Charles Schwab & Company, and the human resources operations manager at the Walt Disney Company.
