Over 35 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry with a proven track record of success as General Manager as well as Vice President of Finance. Expertise in building, revitalizing, optimizing infrastructure, operations, sales and marketing, and quality guest satisfaction with quantifiable financial results. Professional manner with the ability to track, measure and continuously evaluate until success is achieved. Well-developed business acumen, exemplifying high standards and fostering a positive culture of excellence, integrity, innovation and brand leading results.
Pre-opening experience as Director of Finance at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and later promoted to Hotel Manager and then General Manager at one of the most notable group hotels in the world. Transferred to Honolulu, Hawaii as General Manager at the iconic Moana Surfrider Resort and Spa on Waikiki Beach and led the re-branding and re-positioning to the Westin Brand before moving to Puerto Rico as General Manager of the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort.
Mr. Berger is a graduate of Boston University with a B.A degree in Accounting and an MBA from Suffolk University.
