Ms. Meredith Luce
Meredith H. Luce, MS, RD, LD/N has been a nutrition professional since 1980. She holds a Master’s degree (M.S.) in Public Health Nutrition from Columbia University in New York City and a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Community Nutrition & Clinical Dietics from Simmons College in Boston. She had a private practice in New York for 15 years which included counseling individuals, conducting lectures and consulting for national publications and working with such companies as Proctor & Gamble, Kraft and Nivea. Presently, Ms. Luce is a Nutrition Consultant for the Rosen Medical Center and adjunct professor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, Florida as well as for several bariatric surgeons. She runs monthly weight loss surgery support groups in the Central Florida area and her specialties are weight control and digestive disorders. She is co-founder of the Diet Directives Weight Loss Program.
