Ms. Myrna Pagan-Ubides
Accessibility Services Testing Assistant
Myrna Pagan-Ubides joined UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2015. As a part of the Office of Student Accessibility Services, her main role is to provide alternative testing services- also known as testing accommodations – to Rosen College students who qualify for disability-related support services.
In 2002, Ms Pagan-Ubides relocated to Florida from New York City. While living in New York City she completed a Master’s of Science in Education and began working for the City University of New York (CUNY) upon graduation. While working at CUNY she discovered TRiO Student Support Services and immediately applied for one of their newer positions. TRiO Programs are considered one of the original trailblazers of student support in higher education. Ms. Pagan-Ubides has dedicated several years of immensely satisfying service to students, both in NYC and Orlando.
When not at Rosen College, Ms. Pagan-Ubides spends time with her husband and two-super size dogs. Since moving to Florida, she spends time outdoors tending to newly planted tree saplings and potted plants; she’s starting a micro-botanical garden at her home.
