Mr. Rick Florsheim
Mr. Rick Florsheim is an instructor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining Rosen College, Mr. Florsheim served as the Hospitality/Culinary department chair at Daytona State College and taught at Le Cordon Bleu.
He is also a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), a certified instructor and proctor for ServSafe Sanitation and ServSafe Alcohol Awareness programs (National Restaurant Association), a former chairman of the Educational Foundation of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, a past Board member of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Central Florida Chapter, and a judge for both ProStart (National Restaurant Association) and Lodging Management Program (American Hotel and Lodging Association) competitions.
