Academic Advising Virtual Offices

The virtual office is a digital space that creates additional accessibility to valuable undergrad advising information and campus resources. Designed to model a similar experience of walking in to our Student Services office, undergrad students can view individual advisor virtual offices that provide all necessary tools and resources to be successful in their academic journey as well as information to learn more about their advisor.


Representatives from UCF offices, such as Academic Advising, Internships, Career Services and more, are housed at the Rosen College campus to provide exceptional service, support and guidance. Campus Closures

UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management’s campus will be closed on the following dates/holidays*:

  • Monday, May 27, 2024 for Memorial Day
  • Thursday, July 4, 2024 for Independence Day
  • Monday, September 2, 2024 for Labor Day
  • Monday, November 11, 2024 for Veterans Day
  • Thursday, November 28, 2024 for Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday, November 29, 2024 for the day after Thanksgiving
  • Wednesday, December 25, 2024 for Christmas

Immigration Advising

Immigration Advising visits campus once a month during fall semester.  The advisor is located in Room 204 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Please check back for fall dates.

The Universal Orlando Foundation Library is stocked with more than 10,000 books, articles, and videos on all facets of the hospitality industry, and students also have access to all of the UCF Libraries’ print and electronic collections. Our library also provides computers, research help, study rooms, and individual study spaces. In addition, students can check out laptops, calculators, chargers, headphones, and more.

Peer Outreach Mentoring Program (POMP)

We are pleased to report that the University Writing Center plans to offer in-person writing consultations at the Rosen Library this coming spring semester. They plan to be at Rosen two days a week, Mondays 12-4pm and Thursdays 1-5pm.
