How to Use the Email Signature Generator
- Complete the form by entering your information, such as your name, title, department, and contact details.
- Select your preferred logo from the dropdown list to add it to your signature.
- When your signature is ready, copy it to your clipboard and paste it into the email signature settings in your email application.

Adding Your Signature in Outlook
To set up your email signature in Outlook:
- In Outlook, go to the View tab and select View Settings.
- Select Accounts > Signatures.
- Click New Signature, give it a name, and paste your custom signature in the editing box below.
- Save your new signature, then select it as your default for new messages and replies under Select Default Signatures.
