Gisele is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. She began her career organizing and guiding multilingual tours throughout Brazil and South America but soon discovered her true passion lay in hospitality. Gisele has since held various operational roles at renowned companies such as Disney, Hilton, Loews Hotels, Orient Express, and Marriott.

Gisele holds a Master of Human Resources degree from Rollins College. Her HR experience includes recruiting interns for the Disney College Programs and coordinating employee events, work-life initiatives, and recognition programs at the Walt Disney Company. At Disney, she also facilitated programs within the Youth Education Series for college students across the United States.

Additionally, Gisele earned a Master of Science degree from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. During her studies, she worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant, focusing on fairs and festivals, event management, and strategic issues in hospitality and tourism.

Gisele is also passionate about coaching students in career development. She has guided numerous students in identifying their career goals, developing their professional skills, and navigating the job market. Her mentorship has helped many students successfully transition from academia to the professional world.
