Dr. Juhee Kang joined the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida in 2012. She holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University.
At Rosen College, Dr. Kang teaches courses including Hospitality and Tourism Marketing, Brand Management for Hospitality and Tourism, and Event Marketing. Her research focus includes brand marketing, consumer psychology and behaviors, experience marketing, and consumption experiences across various sectors of hospitality and tourism.
Dr. Kang’s scholarly work has been published in leading academic journals such as the International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, and Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing. Her research has received numerous accolades, including recognition among the top 2% of most-cited authors, best paper nominations, the Highly Commended Award from Emerald Literati, and the Excellence in Research Award.
