Biography

Sheryl Goins joined UCF Rosen College with 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, working for such major hotel brands as Holiday Inn, Omni, Marriott & Starwood.  She held a variety of positions, from Front Office Supervisor and Chief Night Auditor, to Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Credit Manager.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and has done post-baccalaureate work in Journalism and graduate work in the Cognitive Sciences.

Sheryl believes she has truly found her “calling” in serving as Academic Program Coordinator for UCF Rosen College in that she can make a unique difference in the lives of our International students who study abroad at the college. She accomplishes this by ensuring the students receive the very best educational program available as well as imparting a genuine feeling of warmth and caring that they will take home with them and always remember.
