Students who have been notified that they are not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards are eligible to submit an SAP Appeal in accordance with UCF policy.
SAP Appeal Process:
Students must first complete the SAP Appeal Form in its entirety.
Upon completion, the form must be emailed to the student’s assigned Academic Success Coach prior to scheduling an appointment.
Once the form has been submitted, students may schedule either an in-person or virtual appointment through their myKnight STAR Student Porta with their assigned Academic Success Coach. Note: Please allow 24–48 business hours between the submission of the form and the scheduled appointment to ensure adequate processing time. This process ensures compliance with UCF’s academic standing policies and provides students with the appropriate support and guidance during the appeal process.
