The advantage

Arrive already known.

The Rosen Career Fair is one of the strongest recruiting days in this industry. More than 100 employers, over a 1500 students and alumni, twice every academic year, at a college built for exactly this.

The partners who get the most out of it are the ones students already recognize when they walk in. A familiar name changes the conversation at the table. It starts further along, it goes deeper, and it is still remembered a week later.

That recognition is what a partnership builds, across the two years before a student ever reaches the fair.

What partnership changes

Be a name they already know.

Partnership moves your organization out of a single afternoon and into the two years before it. By the time a student reaches the fair, a partner is not a banner they are meeting. It is a company they have already heard from, worked with, or been taught by.

In the room before the room
Class visits and student organization sessions put your people in front of students in their sophomore and junior years.
You shape the teaching
What partners tell us about the skills they need finds its way into how students are prepared.
You see them under pressure
Competitions, mock interviews and live service show you how someone performs. No booth conversation can.
You get the second look
Employer-in-residence days and site visits let a student experience your operation rather than read about it.
Your name carries all year
Partner recognition runs across Rosen College communications through the whole academic year, not just on the day.
You are there for both cycles
Fall and Spring. Interns in one, graduates in the other, from students who have known you the whole time.
Your alumni recruit for you
Rosen graduates already on your team come back as partners. No recruiter is as credible to a student as someone who sat where they are sitting.
You hear about talent first
We know these students by name and by how they work. Tell us the role you need to fill, and we’ll let you know who fits it.

A partner’s year

What you actually get, month by month.

You’ll build your own level of presence, and we’ll help you build a calendar around your capacity.

  • August, September

    Your name goes up first

Partner recognition goes live across Rosen communications before recruiting season opens, so students meet your brand before they meet anyone’s recruiter.

  • October

    Fall Career Fair

Booth placement by level and executive participation, in front of a room that already knows who you are.

  • November, January

    You see them work

Resume reviews, mock interviews and workshops. This is where partners identify people they want long before an offer is on the table.

  • February

    Spring Career Fair

The second cycle, with returning partners recognized by students who met them in the fall.

  • March, April

    You host, we bring them

Employer-in-residence days, site visits, speaker sessions and industry days on your terms and your property.

  • Year-round

    You meet the leaders early

Student organizations and competitions, where the strongest students surface before any recruiter has seen a résumé.

Who you are recruiting

You are hiring the people who ran the event you attended.

Students in Rosen Event Operations courses produce the Career Fair itself, from budget and sponsorship through to logistics and execution on the day.

So the booth you are standing at was placed by a student. The run of show was built by a student. The vendor calls were made by a student. If you want to know how someone handles a live operation with real money and no second attempt, you have already watched them do it.

The Career Fair is not the destination. It is the culmination of a year-round partnership.
