Our neighborhood is the industry itself.

Rosen College sits in the heart of Orlando’s tourism corridor, surrounded by the industries our students are preparing to lead.

Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and ICON Park are minutes away. So is the Orange County Convention Center, anchoring a district of conferences, exhibitions and festivals. So are the Four Seasons Orlando, Rosen Shingle Creek, the Dr. Phillips Center, the Kia Center, and the headquarters of Darden Restaurants.

Orlando is the most visited destination in the nation, and this is a city built entirely on hospitality. Theme parks and resorts, one of the busiest convention districts in the world, a restaurant scene serving tens of millions of visitors, three professional sports franchises, and a performing arts centre. The whole city runs on the work our students are training to do.

Rosen College Reimagined

The Heart of Hospitality, rebuilt.

In 2026 we rebuilt the college around the way students actually learn, in three phases across nine months, without ever closing our doors. We called the reopening Rosen College Reimagined.

What changed

The Anheuser-Busch Beer & Wine Lab

Fully renovated, where students train in beverage management on real equipment.

The Disney Dining Room

Reconfigured with an open bar area, so service training happens in a working room.

Modernized classrooms

Rebuilt to teach the way the industry operates, rather than the way lectures are delivered.

The Rosen College Commons

A gathering space for students, alumni and the industry partners who visit them.

Open faculty and staff offices

Collaborative areas that keep faculty within reach of the students they teach.

A hospitality technology lab

Next in the build, where students will work with the systems the industry is moving to.

This is why our graduates do not need remediation before they start working for you. They have already run a dining room, built a beverage program, and produced a live event from budget through to execution.

two schools

The talent pipeline.

Rosen College is organized into two schools that together cover both sides of the industry: the business that runs it, and the experience that defines it.

Innovation

Where partner investment goes next.

Hospitality is being reshaped by automation, personalization and immersive technology. Our innovation agenda puts students in front of those tools before the industry finishes adopting them, and partner investment in innovation and technology is what funds it.

And the industry leaders who sit on our advisory boards and help decide what we teach, so that what a student learns here is what you need them to know.
