Danielle Starcevich serves as an Administrative Assistant for UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management Student Services department, hired in October of 2022. In this role, she is the initial point of contact when our future leaders in hospitality enter the
office, and works alongside the advising team to support and communicate with the students. She is also a co-director of RCLC (Rosen College Leadership Council), POMP (Peer Outreach Mentor Program) coordinator, assists the Program Manager with Rosen College’s course schedule management, assists in enrolling students within the Graduate department, assists in onboarding First Time In College and Transfer students during summer orientations, and processes all Academic Exception forms and Course Substitution
forms.
Danielle has been working in the hospitality field for 20 years, previously working at Publix Supermarket, Inc. as a Bakery Manager, where she gained 18 years of experience focused on providing exceptional customer service. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Leadership and Change, and has also earned Technical Certificates in Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Operations, Human Resources Management, Operations Support and Services, Business Management, Business Operations, and Business Specialist.
