Taylor Malin is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management, which he earned in 2017. With over a decade of experience in the theme park, food service, and guest service industries, he has developed strong expertise in customer service, operations, and food preparation.

His career began at Walt Disney World Resort, where he spent about 10 years working across multiple departments, including Attractions, Merchandise, Front Office, and Guest Relations. These roles allowed him to refine his leadership, problem-solving, and guest service skills in one of the world’s most renowned hospitality environments. Following his time at Disney, he worked for five years at Universal Orlando Resort in Park Operations and Guest Services, further expanding his experience in theme park operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

In addition to his theme park experience, he also honed his culinary skills at Publix in the Bakery, where he worked as a baker and decorator for three years. This role deepened his understanding of food preparation, quality control, and creative presentation, complementing his passion for baking.

Currently, he serves as a Food and Beverage Specialist II at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where he applies his diverse expertise to enhance educational experiences and operational efficiency. His role allows him to combine his love for hospitality, service excellence, and food innovation.

Outside of work, he is an avid gardener, dedicated to cultivating plants and making a positive impact on the natural world. He also enjoys fitness, baking, cocktails, and home improvement projects, continuously seeking new skills and experiences. A passionate traveler, he loves exploring different cultures and culinary traditions.

With a strong commitment to equality, and environmental sustainability, he actively engages in discussions and advocacy efforts to promote positive social change. His values shape both his professional and personal life, guiding his contributions to his community and beyond.
