No one knows better than you that the heart of Florida’s $87.6 billion hospitality and tourism industry is in its workforce. Almost 270,000 people — or 40% of the workforce — are employed in Central Florida’s No. 1 sector. The fact is the demand for employees equipped with the comprehensive skills and practical experiences to fill these roles is unending and farreaching. By the end of the decade, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 1.9 million — or 23.1% — of all new jobs created in the United States will be in the leisure and hospitality industry.
Twice each year, UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management hosts a Career Fair, when more than 1,000 of our brightest and most-motivated students and alumni join some 100 industry partners and employers to converge on campus. The Career Fair is a chance for you to be our guest and connect with these budding hospitality managers, establish professional relationships with them and discuss potential full- and part-time jobs and internship opportunities.

Tabling at Rosen College
Looking to build brand recognition and engage with UCF Rosen College students? Host an information table at our campus and showcase your company’s internship and job opportunities. Tabling is an excellent way to increase your visibility, connect with students between classes, and discuss how your organization can help shape their future careers.
Normal Tabling Schedule
Tabling is held outdoors in the Rosen College Courtyard every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with space available for up to three employers each day. During the first two weeks of the semester, we offer extended tabling opportunities Monday through Thursday for up to five employers.
Spotlight Tabling
Looking for exclusive access to students? Spotlight Tabling allows only one employer per day to host a table, ensuring maximum visibility. This option is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early!
Each tabling setup includes one table and two chairs, but employers must bring their own tablecloth and promotional materials. No linen will be provided.
Important Notes:
- No tabling is conducted during Career Fair week.
- Review the academic calendar for our Fall and Spring semester dates.
- We do not table during the summer semesters.

I got the awesome opportunity to meet with a bunch of recruiters – many of whom were former Rosen students – and I got a position with Hello! Destination Management.”
