Kate Wilson is an experienced hospitality educator and culinary professional with a Master of Hospitality Management from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. Currently, she serves as a Senior Instructor at the Rosen College, where she teaches courses in food preparation, facilities management, culture and cuisine, wine, and hospitality supply chain management.
With a background in culinary arts, she has held leadership roles in both academic and industry settings, including serving as Director of Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Tampa. She is also a certified sommelier and has published works in hospitality management.
