Yoo Ri Kim is an Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She earned her BSc in Geography with Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science and MSc in International Tourism Development and PhD in Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Surrey, UK. Prior to joining UCF, she worked at the University of Surrey as Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management. Her research expertise lies in applied economics, innovation, spatial analytics and big data in hospitality and tourism. Her recent research interests include equity, diversity and inclusion and open research in hospitality and tourism. Teaching areas include Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Legal Environment in Hospitality and Tourism, and Hospitality Industry Finance.
