About Us

Led by a faculty of internationally recognized experts, the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida was founded to develop future generations of global hospitality and tourism leaders through innovative academic programs, cutting-edge research and strong industry and community partnerships.
The UCF Rosen College campus is the largest, most modern facility ever built for hospitality management education, with 18 high-tech classrooms, a 200-seat teaching dining room and bar, a beer and wine laboratory, multiple test kitchens, and an executive education center.
The campus’ proximity to nearby world-renowned theme parks, restaurants, resorts, airports and the second-largest convention center in the nation gives UCF Rosen College students unmatched opportunities to learn from the hospitality industry’s top organizations, companies and executives.
Through its unique curriculum of traditional education and experiential learning, UCF Rosen College students are required to apply their classroom knowledge to an industry setting through multiple paid internships. The result leaves students with a resume of relevant industry experience and education that is desired by employers.
Because of its curriculum, resources and opportunities, UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management has achieved an enrollment of 3,500 students, making it the largest hospitality management college in North America.
