Compartilhar com profissionais brasileiros e americanos, através de workshops em português e em inglês,  com tradução simultânea, as melhores práticas em atendimento ao cliente e gestão da hospitalidade adotadas pelas empresas líderes mundiais nesse setor, e que estão localizadas na cidade de Orlando, FL.

O evento:

O Brazil-USA Hospitality and Tourism Summit 2020 ocorrerá nos dias 13, 14 e 15 de maio de 2020, fora da alta temporada de férias do Brasil e dos Estados Unidos, possibilitando aos participantes uma maior oferta de voos internacionais e acomodações na região.

O evento será organizado em 2 dias e meio, iniciando na quarta-feira dia 13 de maio e finalizando após o almoço de sexta-feira, dia 15 de maio, onde serão entregues os certificados de participação do evento.

O evento será organizado de maneira a mesclar workshops em sala de aula e visitas técnicas em empresas líderes do setor, localizadas em Orlando. Os workshops serão ministrados por professores doutores de altíssimo nível da UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, além de contar com convidados da indústria. Durante o dia haverá alternância de palestras em português e palestras em inglês, que contarão com tradução simultânea para o português ou inglês.

O evento ocorrerá no mesmo local e datas de outra conferência intitulada: Tourism 2030: Building a more Sustainable and Resilient Future, um workshop apresentado pela UCF e pela cidade de Orlando sobre sustentabilidade e preservação do meio ambiente no setor do turismo. Dessa forma, os participantes do Brasil-USA Tourism Summit 2020 poderão participar de algumas palestras pré-selecionadas do Tourism 2030: Building a more Sustainable and Resilient Future. Tanto os almoços como os coffee-breaks e as visitas técnicas dos três dias estão incluídos no valor da inscrição. Os transfers para as visitas técnicas podem ser feitos por transporte próprio, Uber, Lyft, ou por transporte organizado pela conferência .

 Objective:

We will be sharing best practices in Customer Service and Management of Hospitality businesses with professionals from Brazil and the U.S., through workshops in Portuguese and English (with simultaneous translation). These business practices have been adopted by business leaders worldwide in this sector, and the workshops will be held in the city of Orlando, FL.

Audience:

• Professionals interested in customer excellence not only in Tourism and Hospitality, but also in services in general. The participants will have the opportunity to interact with professors and decision makers from one of the best Centers of Excellence in Hospitality in the world, the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, Florida. These professionals will be revealing their secrets and best practices.
• Brazilian professionals, whether residents of Brazil or the U.S., who are interested in updating and enriching their resume and experiencing the innovations practiced by leading instructors and industry pioneers in Tourism and Hospitality located in Orlando, Florida, the most visited tourist destination in the world with a record 75 million visitors in 2018.

The Event:

The Brazil-USA Hospitality and Tourism Summit 2020 will take place on the 13th, 14th and 15th of May 2020. These dates are an attempt to avoid any Holidays and the high seasons in both Brazil and the United States, enabling the participants greater access to international flights and accommodations in the Central Florida region.

This is a 2 ½ day event, starting on Wednesday, May 13 and ending after lunch on Friday, May 15, 2020, whereupon the certificates of participation to the event will be presented.

The event will merge classroom workshops and site visits to leading companies in the Hospitality/Tourism sector, all located in Orlando and its surrounding area. The workshops will be taught by professors of the highest caliber at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, in addition to guest speakers from industry. During the day there will be alternating lectures in Portuguese and English. All lectures will have simultaneous translation into either Portuguese or English.

The event will take place at the same venue and dates as Tourism 2030: Building a More Sustainable and Resilient Future, a workshop presented by UCF and the City of Orlando on sustainability and preservation of climate in the Tourism sector. In this way, the participants of the Brazil-USA Hospitality and Tourism Summit 2020 will have the opportunity to attend some pre-selected lectures at the Tourism 2030: Building a more Sustainable and Resilient Future conference.

Lunches, coffee breaks and site visits for all three days are included in the registration price. Transfers to the Conference and to site visits can be made by attendees using services such as Uber and Lyft, or by using transport organized by the Conference.
