Jamie Davis is an Academic Advisor at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She provides general academic advising to all students while additionally supporting the Rosen College’s online student population.

Mrs. Davis received her Bachelor’s degree in hospitality from the University of Alabama. While there she completed the Disney College Program. She served in various roles including housekeeping, custodial, and concierge. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree, she went on towork with the Marriott brands with opportunities including Celebrity Services at Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.

Mrs. Davis stepped away from her professional career briefly to work in the home, caring for her husband and three children. While away from the hospitality industry, she received her Master of Science in Sports Management from Liberty University, in hopes of one day serving in sports hospitality. She has had the opportunity thus far to serve coaches and athletes with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as an Events Manager in Coastal North Carolina, and most recently as an Administrative Assistant with Knights FCA.

When she is not providing academic advice to the future leaders of the hospitality industry, you can find Mrs. Davis and her family exploring area attractions and theme parks. She enjoys staying abreast of industry insights,  offered mere steps away from Rosen College. She hopes to unleash her potential as a doctoral candidate in the future here at UCF.
