Leralis Hernandez is an IT Client Support Specialist at the University of Central Florida and a proud UCF alum, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from UCF. Prior to joining UCF, she gained experience in campus technology support at Valencia College, assisting students, faculty, and staff with classroom and end-user technology. In her current role, Leralis focuses on approachable and effective technical support while enhancing the technology experience on campus. Her passion for supporting the community and helping others is what led her to a career in IT, and she continues to live that out through volunteering with kids, youth, and media production. She is committed to creating positive technology experiences for the campus community.
