Ramona Diaz is an Academic Success Coach at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Prior to joining the Rosen team, she was a Success Coach at UCF Connect. During her 7+ years at UCF Connect as a Success Coach she helped transfers and DirectConnect to UCF students with their transition to the university. Her roles at UCF Connect included admissions & enrollment, coaching, and advising students in the Elementary Education BS program at UCF Connect Valencia Osceola Campus.

Ramona is a first-generation college student originally from New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 2012 from the University of Central Florida. As an Academic Success Coach, she is committed to supporting each student to succeed in their educational journey by providing motivation, strategies, and resources to empower them to achieve their goals!
