Vinay Manukonda is a Web Applications Developer at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where he leads the development of digital solutions that support institutional goals, operational efficiency, and user engagement. His work spans web applications, digital strategy, workflow automation, content management, search optimization, and user experience design. Throughout his career, he has combined technical expertise with a strong interest in organizational innovation, helping teams transform complex processes into scalable digital solutions.

Prior to joining UCF, Vinay worked as a software engineer in the technology industry, contributing to enterprise applications and cloud-based systems. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. He is also a University Innovation Fellow through Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school), where he received training in design thinking, systems innovation, institutional change, and human-centered problem solving. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has led initiatives that promote innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and human-centered problem solving within educational settings.
