When Seiji Teramachi chose Rosen College for its one-of-a-kind Event Leadership master’s program, he had a clear goal to turn experience into impact. Just days after graduating, he helped lead a global tourism and events conference in Japan, showing how a Rosen College degree can open doors on the world stage.

From hospitality to themed experience and engineering, Knights have played a role in creating the new theme park and will continue to learn from the development.

Located in the heart of Orlando’s tourism corridor, Rosen College offers everything a student could want to thrive academically and graduate with a strong competitive edge to start or advance in their career.

The Peer Outreach Mentoring Program (POMP) continues Harris Rosen’s mission by empowering students through mentorship, service, philanthropy and community connection.

The recipients of UCF’s most prestigious faculty honor use their inspiring backgrounds to make impacts in the fields of psychology, hospitality and cybersecurity.

During the April 2 Founders’ Day event, 37 students will receive UCF’s highest student honor, which recognizes those who exemplify excellence in academic achievement, leadership and service.

The honor recognizes outstanding young alumni who continue to reach for the stars in their professional and personal lives.

The program awarded a total of $500,000 to 21 new projects. This is the fourth year the program has been available to UCF faculty and researchers.

The Polaris Star Award winners include anti-trafficking advocates and educators as well as survivors who have become leaders in combating human trafficking.
