Natalie is a passionate food and beverage professional with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management. Born and raised in Houston, TX, she grew up working in her parents’ seafood restaurant, where she developed a deep appreciation for the industry. This early exposure sparked her love for food, leading her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant & Foodservice Management.

During her time at Rosen, Natalie broadened her global perspective by completing a semester abroad in Seoul, South Korea, through UCF’s hospitality exchange program. She has since gained hands-on experience across various food and beverage operations, working in both restaurants and hotels. Her professional journey includes roles at Baytown Seafood, her family’s restaurant, as well as positions with the Lake Nona Wave Hotel’s grand opening team and Rosen Hotels & Resorts as a Hospitality Leader Intern.

Natalie is drawn to innovative and creative culinary experiences, always seeking out unique dining trends that push the boundaries of food and beverage. With a deep love for seafood—especially oysters—she continues to explore ways to elevate the guest experience through exceptional cuisine and culinary trends and creative dining experiences.
