Stephanie Gavarrete joined the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2018 with a wealth of experience in both the private sector and 18 years in various roles with UCF some of which were with the College of Engineering & Computer Science, Office of Research & Commercialization, President’s Division, and the College of Business. In each role, she enjoyed working with very diverse groups of people and learning about their different cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UCF and truly loves being part of the Rosen College team where “We live what we teach, and teach what we live”.
