Now these two hospitality and tourism giants join forces to present The Global Hospitality Leadership Certificate Program, a lively and interactive educational experience for select international executives.

The Leadership Academy is a series of workshops focused on cultivating global leadership excellence by developing executive lodging potential for practical and professional application. The vision of the program is to develop and provide global leadership talent for the hospitality industry. The UCF-AHLA Global Hospitality Leadership Academy is positioned to be the worldwide training center for top level executives and managers in the hospitality, travel & tourism and service industry in the areas of leadership, strategy, service and revenue management. Global perspectives and global best practice sharing are balanced with sound leadership and strategic management principles to ensure valued learning experiences for all participants.

Qualified candidates for this program are general manager (full-service hotels exceeding 400 rooms) and executive level hospitality leaders (owners, management companies, regional directors) from around the globe. Sessions will be facilitated by Rosen College of Hospitality Management professors and internationally recognized industry experts. The Leadership Academy proposes a new model of interactive, experiential learning and enhancing leadership repertoire for attendees in an enjoyable and inspiring learning atmosphere. And for the first time, the UCF-AHLA Global Hospitality Leadership Academy will facilitate opportunities for attendees to experience Central Florida’s unmatched variety of hotels, restaurants, attractions and resorts (venues may include Walt Disney World, Ritz Carlton, Sea World, Four Seasons, Universal Orlando, etc.).
