The strategies set forth in the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management Strategic Plan: Vision 2025 confirm the mission and goals of the college as it advances into the next decade as a world-renowned institution of higher learning. We are educating future leaders of global industries. It is our responsibility to ensure that the college’s goal to not only be the best in the country, but in the world, is met through our continued drive to maintain an excellent comprehensive curriculum and record of success which has made UCF Rosen College one of the top five institutions for hospitality education and research among its peers across all continents. This strategic plan is a well-thought-out map which will continue to direct the college in realizing its aspirations.

UCF Strategic Plan
At the May 26, 2022, Board of Trustees meeting, the Board approved our revised UCF mission statement in addition to the university’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan.
