Anthony Ormsbee-Hale, PHR, SHRM-CP is the Vice President of People Operations at Civitas Senior Living, a Texas based operator of 40+ senior living communities throughout the United States.

In his daily work, Anthony focuses on areas of business excellence related to the employee recruiting, learning and development and performance management. Anthony supports the long-term sustainability and success of Civitas through his work on the Corporate Risk Management committee and as a strategic partner to leaders within the organization.

Anthony has completed executive education through Cornell University focusing on Strategic Human Resource Management and holds a bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Sam Houston State University.
