Chris Newport, Vice President Senior Housing Silver Companies

Chris began his career in management positions with Life Care Services over the last 12 years. Chris holds licensure from the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) and nursing home administrator licensures in four states including: Indiana, Oregon, Maryland and California.

An Indiana native, Chris was directly responsible for the start-up of Sinai Residences of Boca Raton in Florida. Chris’ previous experiences have included the General Manager of the Wellbrooke of Wabash, a campus located in Wabash, Indiana and held several upper management positions within the Life Care Services managed community portfolio.

Chris graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Administration and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016.

Chris assumed the role of Vice President of Senior Housing in July of 2020 with Silver Companies. Chris oversees the senior housing portfolio and operations of several properties including the launch of Jubilation, a community dedicated exclusively to 55+ active adults.

Chris and his wife Whitney have two children, Madison born in August of 2017 and Carter on July 4^th of 2019.
