Andrew McGovern is currently the Senior Vice President,  Global HR Operations  for Marriott Vacations Worldwide and has served as an adjunct instructor at Rosen since 2015.  Andrew began his career with Marriott International in 1996 at the Fort Collins Marriott in Operations and has worked in a wide variety of roles in the Hospitality industry in a career spanning twenty-five years.

Andrew received both his B.S. (1999) and MBA (2011) from Colorado State University in Management Restaurant Resort Administration, and currently lives in Winter Garden, FL with his family.
