Jarrod is currently an Area Manager for Booking.com, overseeing the local partner services team for accommodation partners in Florida, Georgia & Alabama. His team partners with accommodation of all types to provide revenue consultation and online distribution. Jarrod has been with Booking.com for 14 year and an Area Manager for 11 of those years.

He has always had a passion for travel and to advocate for others to explore travel. Jarrod traveled quite a lot in his younger years with travel soccer and other sports. Because of his love for travel and planning, his team designated him the official concierge. This is where his love for travel blossomed. He enjoys using his leadership abilities to bring Booking.com’s mission of “making it easier for everyone to experience the world” to life.

Jarrod graduated from University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. His tenure in the hospitality industry covers over 20 years, with previous stints with Marriott, Disney & others. He has been involved with operational roles, sales roles, revenue management roles and even roles opening new hotels.

When he’s not working, he enjoys maximizing the time he spends with his wife and two children, coaching T-Ball, going to dance recitals & supporting UCF Athletics.
