Jay is responsible for the overall operations of Wellington Bay. A licensed nursing home administrator for over 20 years. Jay has led the teams of 5-star communities including Chatsworth at PGA National and most recently Toby and Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences of Boca Raton.

Jay started his career in healthcare as a maintenance assistant. He learned while in high school. He served the hospital and nursing home in his hometown in Minnesota. During college, Jay became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). He practiced in a nursing home, one of his favorite jobs of his career. Jay has a passion for seniors and ensuring the best care and service possible.
