Jessie Chatman is a Community Management Professional with over 12 years of experience in the Community Management industry. Currently, Jessie is serving as the Director of Community Management for Troon, the world’s largest professional club management company. Jessie holds her licensure in Community Association Management through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Jessie began her hospitality career in Park Operations with The Walt Disney World Resort and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Jessie has delivered those hospitality and customer service values in all her roles within the Community Management industry – bringing a new approach to HOA management while providing top-notch service to all guests, clients, and homeowners.

Jessie’s experience and passion for facilitating leadership development lend to her success in overseeing Resorts, Clubs, Community Associations, and Golf Courses throughout Central Florida.
