John Schulte currently serves as Vice President of Quality Improvement for Argentum, where he manages a variety of initiatives for the senior living industry including personnel certification programs, training programs, and development of industry standards. During COVID John has worked with subject matter experts across senior living to identify and document best practices for senior living community operations.

Prior to joining Argentum, John spent 25 years managing not-for-profit trade associations serving several sectors, including specialty chemicals, energy management, and the heating and air conditioning industry, helping businesses address shared challenges.

John is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the University of New Orleans.
