Matthew Linderman, CCM, serves as President, COO and General Manager of Boca West Country Club. He joined Boca West Country Club in 2005 after several years with the Four Seasons Hotels Group.  His 21 years in the hospitality industry also included country clubs on Long Island, the famous Rainbow Room in New York, the Sheraton Bal Harbour Beach Resort, and the historical renovation of the National Hotel in Miami Beach. During the past 17 years with Boca West, Linderman has worked his way through several promotions leading to his current role since 2017 as its President, COO & General Manager.

Linderman is a Brand Ambassador for Distinguished Clubs and serves on Boards for various Universities and Non-profit Organizations. Awards he has received include Executive Award 2021 by Distinguished Clubs, Business Leader of the Year 2020 by the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and Top Workplace Clued in leader 2020.
