Michael Chatham AIA is a graduate of the University of Florida with a master’s degree from the College of Architecture. Working from an original concept developed by Tom Hurley AIA, Mike was the project Architect responsible for the design and delivery of the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. As President of HHCP, Mike is not only committed to the ongoing success of the firm but remains engaged with many of the prominent projects that pass through our Domestic Projects Studio. This allows Mr. Chatham to maintain a working relationship with our staff, stay up to date on design and building technologies, and build strong relationships with our clients.
With over 37 years of project design and documentation experience in the hospitality industry, he takes pride in being able to quickly understand the functional, programmatic, and budgetary requirements of our clients and works with our Design and Production staff to ensure that even the most complex projects get off to a strong start and maintain their integrity through the project’s development. Working as the client’s trusted advisor, Mike adopts the client’s goals as his own and helps lead our consultant and in house teams to creative and responsive design solutions.
