Jeff is an Operations New Attractions Development Senior Manager for the team at Universal Orlando Resort and is directly focused on Universal Epic Universe. He has been working in the industry for over 18 years as of 2024. Jeff started his career as a Team Member with Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. He was promoted multiple times in this role to become a Lead and Area Supervisor.
After graduating with a degree in Communications- Corporate/Organizational emphasis, he pursued opportunities with Walt Disney World for the College Program in the semester after he graduated. He had the opportunity to become a “world famous” Jungle Cruise skipper during the program and went on to stay seasonal with Disney for almost 5 years. During that period of time, he was hired with Universal Orlando Resort as an exempt Supervisor for Attractions Operations and went on to grow his career within both theme parks and numerous roles within the team including Ride Safety.
Jeff joined the Operational Resort Development and New Attraction Development team in 2020 and rejoined the team in 2022 after the global pandemic where he currently supports the Operational planning and Attractions design in addition to full collaboration with the Universal Creative team to deliver the full fleet of Attractions experiences at the park. Jeff also has experience supporting the opening of Universal Beijing Resort where he was an advisor for the Management team for Operations to open a new theme park in full pandemic procedures.
His biggest focuses and priorities as an Operational leader are Team collaboration, innovation, and development of teams and operational processes within the industry.
