Grace Sumulong, APRN, is serving as a Provider at UCF Rosen College Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Health Services Administration as a fellow Alumnus at the University of Central Florida and completed a Master of Science in Nursing at South University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Grace holds over 15 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus in emergency / urgent care and family medicine. Adept in comprehensive health care for patients across a lifespan, she pairs a professional bedside manner with clinical judgment and prioritization skills. She is a passionate advocate for promoting wellness practices as well as disease prevention. She renders a “whole person” approach to care that emphasize the wellbeing of mind, body and soul.

Grace is involved in the Central Florida Advanced Nursing Practice Council, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She received a Nursing Model of Excellence Award during her years working with Advent Health. She is looking forward to serve students who would like to complete annual wellness exams, have acute concerns and / or need assistance with chronic disease management.
