Susan interacts with top-level executives of senior living companies throughout the country, which gives her an up-to-the-minute insider’s view of the senior living field. She puts that enthusiasm and insight to work for clients by providing strategic leadership and consultation on projects and challenges of all types. She champions our consultative approach throughout the firm by consistently challenging her people to go beyond what can be done to ask the question what should be done.
