BIOGRAPHY

Madelyn is a junior at Rosen College of Hospitality Management currently working towards a Bachelor of Restaurant and Lodging and earning a certificate in Beverage management graduating in spring 2027. She has already graduated from Valencia college in Orlando Florida with an Associate in Science degree in Pastry Management in May of 2023.

While in her college career Madelyn has traveled overseas to the Czech Republic to expand her knowledge in hospitality and pastry from the European country. Madelyn has also worked in front of house restaurants like Burntwood tavern as a lead host for many years. She currently works at Walt Disney World in Epcot as a trainer for Connections Eatery which is a quick service restaurant. Madelyn has been a part of Phi Theta Kappa since 2021 and has recently joined Rosen life, Pomp, and Eta Sigma Delta in 2023 during her first semester on campus.

Madelyn has joined the fight against human trafficking after being impacted by the red sand event in 2023 and wanting to make a difference. Spreading the word on a topic people don’t want to talk about but is so necessary to spread awareness because it is all around us. Using the power of knowledge to spread awareness will be part of her mission to end human trafficking while being in Knights of the RELM.
