Every year, the UCF Alumni Association honors alumni who “Reach for the Stars” and bring distinction to themselves and the university through their professional achievement and their volunteer work with the university and the community. One outstanding Rosen College graduate is selected to receive this prestigious award, presented by the dean of Rosen College at the annual Black & Gold Gala.

Christopher Iaciofoli, ’03 (2014)
Chris Iaciofoli has been director of operations at the Red Lobster Seafood Company since March 2014. After working as a restaurant manager, general manager and operations director for the company, Red Lobster created a special position in 2007 for him — director of operations excellence for all 689 restaurants. Both he and his wife, Joanna Marra Iaciofoli, ’03, graduated from Rosen College and received the Harris Rosen Endowed Fund scholarship.
