Charlie Lousignont, Dean’s Advisory Board 2023

Charlie Lousignont is a well-respected consultant and advisor to the foodservice industry, leveraging over 30 years of experience as a supply chain executive across various restaurant concepts such as QSR, fast casual, managed services, and casual dining. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Brinker International, Inc., a leading casual dining company that operates Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy. In this role, Charlie was responsible for overseeing all supply chain functions, including procurement, food safety and quality assurance, distribution and logistics, brand program management, and supply chain systems for the company’s restaurants.

Charlie is the Former Chairman and a founding officer for the National Restaurant Association’s Supply Chain Expert Exchange and presently serves on their Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami.
In his leisure time, Charlie enjoys cycling and traveling.
