Andrew McGovern is currently the Senior Vice President of Global HR Operations for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. He has been an adjunct at Rosen  since 2015. He began his Hospitality career in 1996 with Marriott International and throughout his career has held a variety of site, regional and corporate based roles supporting many of the brands under Marriott’s umbrella. He transitioned to Marriott Vacations in 2011, just before their spin-off from Marriott International.

He received both his B.S. Management, Restaurant & Resort (1999) and MBA (2011) from Colorado State University.
